JACKSONVILLE, FL—McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that Jessica VanTroost, Strategic Operations Administrator resident in the firm’s Jacksonville office, has been elected to the international board of directors of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
With more than 15 years of experience in various legal roles serving both small and large firms across multiple states, Jessica supports McGlinchey’s Operations, Recruiting, and Human Resources departments. She also manages special projects and optimizes programs across the firm’s 17-office footprint. A well-versed presenter, Jessica speaks across the country on topics ranging from choosing business partners and managing a hybrid workplace to engaging and retaining employees and leading through grief and unexpected change.
Jessica is a current member of the ALA’s Membership and Development Committee and previously served on the 2018 and 2019 Nominating Committees. She is the immediate Past President of the ALA Jacksonville Chapter and a member of the South Florida and Middle Tennessee Chapters. In 2019, Jessica worked to help plan the first Florida Statewide ALA Retreat. She is also a member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) and a member of the Florida State College of Jacksonville Paralegal Program’s Business & Industry Leadership Team (BILT) Committee.
