Allan Mackenzie is a 25-year veteran of the legal technology world. His experience ranges from that of a former night-shift word processor to a Wall Street IT director with a specialty in litigation technology. He has helped many firms of many sizes figure out what they need in terms of practice management and case management systems.
Roberta Tepper has been the lawyer assistance programs director at the State Bar of Arizona since 2013. She advises attorneys on all aspects of practice management, administers the bar’s mentor and member assistance programs, and supervises the team providing administrative support to sections. Ms. Tepper has been with the State Bar of Arizona since 2004, initially as bar counsel and then senior bar counsel in the lawyer regulation office. Ms. Tepper’s career has included service as an assistant district attorney in North Carolina and in court administration at the Superior Court of Delaware. She is involved with a number of bar committees including the technology, CLE and convention committees and regularly speaks on topics including law practice management, ethics and technology.
Director of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Management Assistance Program, Jim Calloway is a recognized speaker on legal technology issues, Internet research, law office management, and legal ethics. In addition to running the Law Practice Tips blog, Calloway writes articles for noted legal magazines, including Law Practice Management and Law Technology News.
Sharon D. Nelson, Esq. is president of the digital forensics, managed information technology and cybersecurity firm Sensei Enterprises. Ms. Nelson was the President of the Virginia State Bar June 2013-June 2014, and is a Past President of the Fairfax Law Foundation, and a Past President of the Fairfax Bar Association. Sharon has lectured throughout North America and has been interviewed by TIME, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, Reuters, many newspapers and even Oprah Winfrey’s O magazine. She is the co-author of eighteen books published by the American Bar Association and hundreds of articles.
